MY STORY

I began my journalism career in a high school journalism class. But I found my passion for journalism when I wrote a story on a visit from a news station at my high school. It was the process of writing and interviewing for that story that I found an enjoyment for something outside of hobbies and extracurriculars.

Now at Columbia College Chicago, I have continued this passion through classes that challenge me to become a better journalist. I have also found an enjoyment of fashion and social media marketing during my almost three years here. From these experiences, I plan on becoming a fashion magazine journalist that specializes in online media.
